How to Get Rid of Jetlag

Flying in from a red eye flight can be very
distracting.

Here are some ways on how to get rid
of jet lag:

1. Drink lemon grass tea. Best lukewarm.
2. Avoid drinking beverages with caffeine and cocoa.
3. Sleep if you must, especially if you are coming in
from Europe and your body clock is confused.

4. Inform your closest relatives and friends to inform
the others that you will see them your time... shortest is
after a days rest, longest is at least 3 days.

5. Make sure that you inform them of the days and time
visiting the furnished apartment unit you are renting.
