by: Alvin Bolanos

Here are some suggested basic necessities in your
bag while island hopping in the Philippines.

1. Insect Repellent and Aromatherapy

The Philippines is a tropical country.

Prepare yourself for a cooling breezy rainy days from June to
October 2018 interspersed with sunshine.

Cool weather starting November 2018 till February 2019.

Here is the best way to combat mosquitoes and insects
without getting all those insect bites. This oil will make your
skin smooth and wrinkle free when continuously
used as application.

So here it is:

Insect Repellent Aromatherapy vco
citronella oils O'Mark

This insect repellent is also used to
refresh and nourish the skin. Best applied after
taking the morning shower at 6.45 a.m. and when
freshening up in the afternoon before 2.00 p.m.

The insect repellent aromatherapy is made of  fresh
virgin coconut oil and citronella oil.

After application, you may choose to
apply a baby powder to keep your skin
refresh. Or for better effect, leave the citronella-vco
for 5 minutes.

Available also in lavender and eucalyptus.

2. Virgin Coconut Soap Coconaturelle

These has three kinds, the Lavender Virgin
Coconut Soap,  Calamansi Virgin Coconut Soap and
Aloe Vera Coconut Soap.

The 100% Coconaturelle Soap moisturizes the skin, it
is used for bathing and body. The soaps has anti-
microbial properties.

Lavender Virgin Coconut Soap, CalamansiVirgin
Coconut Soap and Aloe Vera Coconut Soap of
Coconaturalle has plant sterols such as Vitamin E,
tocopherols, stigmasterols. The 100% virgin coconut oil
soap with + 100% ingredient (coconut, aloe vera or lavender)

free radicals forming in the skin.

like calamansi, aloe vera or lavender. - Your Choice :))

The soaps are made from organic ingredients to fight aging skin,
wrinkles, erase blemishes, liver spots, dead skin cells, acne, making the
skin young and supple.

The vco soaps are good for babies too in curing diaper rash.
For adults the vco soaps relieves psoriases, skin itchiness, allergies,
excema and scleroderma (had skin- thickening and tightening of skin (1).

I had problems with acne and pimples, but now when I started using
the vco soaps, my skin cleared.

The vco used is cold pressed, so you will feel a skin supple,
smooth and silky.

3. Virgin Coconut Oil using the OMark Brand.

My sister one day brought this bottle at home, when she came
in to visit us. She was excited to let us try out her bottle of
virgin coconut oil.

I am a fan of virgin coconut oil after reading all the benefits.
So we did a test. We had all sorts of brands all lined up, and tasted
all of them. So far the taste of fresh coconut is the the taste of this brand.

OMark Virgin Coconut Oil

My sister told us that the virgin coconut oil she brought is cold pressed.
Thus the nutty taste is absent.  It still has its live enzymes great for
other purposes like making your skin look young, combatting flu viruses
as Dr. Fife wrote in his book "Coconut Cures", and a lot more.

It is best to keep on using the virgin coconut oil once the bottle is opened.
It has to be  kept in a tightly sealed bottle after use to avoid rapid oxidation.

Though in the bottle the expiration date is for a year, it can actually
last for 3 years when tightly closed.

How does Virgin Coconut Oil Blasts  the Flu Virus?

I usually get flu at least 3 x a year.

Much as I try to prevent it even with flu virus shots
flu comes around.

So eventually I decided to use virgin coconut
oil when flu is starting up, the first sign of
flu, I took vco in my soup with 15 T mixing it
with my beef soup!

I was fine as a baby the next day.

I gave to all my professors, and one professor wrote back saying:

"where did you get the vco oil, I want to buy the vco, my skin
got healed!"

My uncle also who had been having early signs of alzheimer's
disease is now well and good after he took virgin coconut
oil.

When I ran out of stocks and I am in Baguio, I buy a dozen at
+639328807128 or when I am in Manila, I text
+639175623143, just add for courier if you
like them to be delivered. Courier delivery is
usually 2 to 3 days in the Philippines.

4. Your favorite Cologne and Baby Powder, this will keep
you fresh all the time.

5. Face towel to rub off sweat. Sweating can be heavy even during
cool season, especially when the sun decides to shine half day.

6. Tissue Paper for your face.

7. Umbrella

At the furnished vacation apartment in Novaliches, you may easily get
all the basic toiletries necessities easily.
