Sore Throat Cold Buster Summer Rain Season

Here are our family secrets to keep flu at bay. A word of caution, once
you start taking this you will seldom get sick...so goodbye to office absences,
sore throats, and colds.

When you are about to have a sore throat here is what we do:

1. Think have you been sleeping late lately. If so, make sure
that you sleep early.

2. But before sleeping early, you need to take:

2 T of virgin coconut oil (the authentic virgin coconut oil).
Available at the short term stay in Novaliches.

Tip: the taste of the oil is like fresh coconut drink.
Eat chicken soup sauteed in 10 T of coconut oil, add
onions, garlic, ginger, rock salt, chicken broth, noodles,
carrots, green leafy veggies like onion leeks and wansoy
(if you like); add noodles and rice if you liked. Add pepper.

Drink fresh cool calamansi juice or if you like buko juice
is okay without the sugar.

3. Gargle with rock salt.
4. Massage your head with Katinko or mint oil.
5. Sleep early.  The next day continue taking 2 T of coconut oil
before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

* You may have loose stools for the day only, but its not like when your
tummy is bad. Three visits in one day is okay.
6. Drink lots of water with fresh calamansi squeezers.
7. Take beef soup with the same concoction.
