St. Peter's Fish and Chicken Wings

The favorite of their family. Jerome, I and Queenie were talking about recipes and food. Her elder sister who is in the the United States bakes perfect different colored macaroons. He shared some of his favorite home cooked recipes which his Mom and "Ate" (elder sister) love to cook. Here is the recipe which I hope you will enjoy cooking when staying at the furnished apartment in Novaliches: Tilapia (St. Peter's Fish) Ingredients: Fish Tilapia Sliced Ginger Soy Sauce Green Onions Vegetable oil (heated not boiling) My diet version: I use cold pressed coconut oil or virgin coconut oil.
