Diced Onions 3 bulbs Chopped Garlic: 1 bulb (half of the garlic bulb will be sauteed till golden brown) Julienne Cut Ginger Small Onion leaves cut into small pieces Carrots diced (1 piece) American Chili (cut into small square pieces) Salt Pepper lemon grass thoroughly cleaned 3 pieces of tomatoes - diced - do not include the seeds. Procedure 1. Boil beef shank in pressure cooker in 7 cups of water, 7 pinches of salt and 3 pinches of pepper.  Add 1 bulb of diced onions and 1/2 bulb of fresh garlic. Cooking time is usually 20 to 30 minutes.  If you like your beef shank really soft, it will take you to cook 1.5 hours. Otherwise use sirloin for fast cooking 15 minutes only. Boil beef till tender.  2. When the beef is tender and cooked, add in lemon grass, boil for 3 minutes.  Take out lemon grass to avoid over cooking the lemon grass flavor.  3.
