Rainy season in the Philippines has its advantages, its cool and not too hot during the summer season. It is also the best time to go to the falls.

However rain and cool weather also attracts flu viruses. But never fear, because in the Philippines we have a technique on how to avoid flu! All you have to do is follow this simple steps:

1. Always have "clean living" .
Physically, spiritually and emotionally.

2. Always wash your hands before eating or if you are
a medical person,  every time you examine a patient.

Or if you are taking care of a sick member of the family,
take precautionary measures.

Best to have another one replacing you if you are
tired already.

Sleep, and take necessary vitamins and minerals
to keep you going.

3. Always take a warm bath every time after resting
for awhile before and  after work.

4. Eat healthy food with lots of vitamin C and minerals.

5. Always have in handy VCO or virgin coconut oil, so at the onset of
a beginning sore throat, take 1 T or 2 T. Then have a chicken soup or
beef soup prepared for you. Rest for 3 hours.

However, at the onset of fever. Consult a doctor.
