Preparing for All Saints Day and All Souls Day

In the Philippines, preparation starts on the 28th of October when most people starts going to the provinces. 28th of October is when families starts preparing for their reunions, and block of the 31st October as "the day" of seeing each other. It is usually overnight at the cemetery, where you meet lots of people praying for the departed loved ones. Though honestly.... its not yet the date, as the feast of the Saints are still upcoming. Dedicated wives start preparing food on the 28th, while the others prefer to just order food from a resto or a bakery, especially if the "mom" is an office mom. 2 November is the day when we start praying for the repose of the souls of our relatives. I think this is great for domestic tourism when 2 November is still holiday so we have time to work our way through the cemetery for those who can't take a leave t
