Vacation in the Philippines: Tagaytay
TAAL VOLCANO by: Mary Ann Bolanos We planned going to Taal Volcano, one month ahead. I stayed overnight in Makati from Novaliches on Saturday night with some friends, we slept early at 8 p.m.. We woke up at 5.45 a.m. - our destination - Taal Volcano. While riding the van, it is good to take a sandwich breakfast, a chocolate drink, water and some menthol candies. This will prevent you from fainting when climbing Taal Volcano. We chose the month of January when the weather is cool, and the grass are not wet and slippery. Our guide met us at exactly 7 a.m. We had a short ride using a boat to cross the lake leading to Taal Volcano: Here is the group where I belong, we had two boats.
